About Us: story and mission of Watford Institute

Watford Institute is an English language institute in Acacias, Meta, Colombia, founded in 2018. We shape people who communicate confidently in English through academic expertise, practical methodology, and close guidance that turns language learning into a real personal and professional advantage.

Our story since 2018

We started with the belief that learning English should be clear, dynamic, and focused on real outcomes. We designed a model centered on constant practice, feedback, and measurable progress, expanded our programs in 2021 for students and professionals, and in 2025 strengthened academic and technology processes for an even more personalized experience with more than 300 active students.

Mission and vision

Our mission is to educate students with high academic quality standards, building communicative and professional skills with a highly qualified teaching staff. Our vision for 2030 is to be firmly positioned regionally and nationally with our own campus, international partnerships, and leadership in A1 to C1 general English and Cambridge and IELTS certification programs.
